MEMBERSHIP

Membership to the CAG is open to Hematologists, Oncologists, Nephrologists, Internists, any other physicians who practice apheresis in Canada, as well as nurses.
 

Do you want to be a member of the CAG? The process is simple. All you have to do is fill out the form below and apply for membership. Our team will go through your information and get back to you to discuss the details. The fee for the annual membership is $50, and is valid for a year (until December 31st) - renewable each year.
